Michael Jackson Sued By Arab Sheikh In Uk Court

Jackson Robert Englehart lawyer has said the authorization to have Jackson testify by video link from Los Angeles. The son of an Arab monarch took the king of pop to the court Monday, charging that taken Michael Jackson $ 7 million as an advance on an album and an autobiography that has never produced. Lawyers for Sheikh Abdulla bin Hamad Al Khalifa said their client Jackson paid the expenses as an advance on the book and recording of the joint project with the sheik, who is an amateur songwriter. Al-Khalifa, 33, is due to testify in London Royal Courts of Justice on Wednesday. Jackson claims the money is a gift.
